WSP Alumna and Central High School Senior,  Leah Bakely dropped by today. I learned that Leah is the editor in chief of the Mirror, the literary magazine at Central High School and America’s oldest literary magazine published by a high school. Prior to Leah taking the helm, the two previous editors in chief have also been WSP graduates, Bunny Smith (Junior, University of Pittsburgh) and Lizzie Bastian (Freshman, Parsons New School for Design).

While at WSP, Leah was taught by Mrs Persinotti who is now the teacher of the current third grade. Like her fellow classmates, Leah is busy making college applications, among them to Wesleyan, The University of Vermont, Smith College, Macalester College and Tufts University.

Good luck Leah and to all of our Alumni. We look forward to hearing what happens next!
